Riot in Spanish Resort

The popular Costa Brava resort of Lloret de Mar was the scene of a tourist riot and police action on Monday morning when club goers refused to call it a night.  Nearly 400 tourists were the problem, and in the mix a police car was set on fire.  The Catalan police force blocked streets off and attempted to disperse the crowd lingering on the resort's main streets where the nightclubs are concentrated, but things turned ugly and the police fired rubber bullets into the crowd before it was all over.
