Common charges which hit car rental customers which are NOT included in our rates are: Additional Driver charge, Special Equipment, Missing Fuel, or Cross Border Travel.  Except for Missing Fuel, each of these items must be addressed at the time you pick up your car hire vehicle.  It is always a good idea to add an additional driver if you have another licensed driver of age in your party, and the cost is only 6.67 GBP per day.  Special Equipment, such as child seats and snow chains can be selected through our search engine but will often be charged for at the time of pick-up.  

The only way to avoid a charge for Missing Fuel is to make sure you refuel your car hire vehicle before you reach the rental office.  Of course, you don't have to, but they will charge more per gallon than you will pay from a fuel station.
